Summary: Nice place to stay but the maintenance of the hotel is bad. 5*GL is a joke. Cleaning is poor. Staff is nice but the management is chaotic. Hotel is understaffed.

Summary: This hotel is gorgeous! We did not want to leave. The service is fantastic and the family rooms are enormous. If you are ever in Barcelona definitely book this. It’s not super close to town so keep that in mind but the views are stunning.
